HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFO

All shipping and delivery companies are experiencing unprecedented online order volume this holiday season. We’re doing everything we can to get our online orders out promptly, but you may experience shipping delays that are outside our control. We hope to ensure a pre-Christmas arrival if you order by 12/20 at noon EST, but recommend that you place your order as soon as possible. Home & Loft is not responsible for carrier delays. SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping cost is based on the weight of the order. UPS, USPS and FedEx Shipping Rates within the U.S. Ground, 2nd Day, Expedited services will be available. We currently ship to Canada via UPS or USPS and FedEx, but unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. All applicable duty, custom charges, and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the Canadian customer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love what you ordered! However, we know life happens sometimes so, in the event that you would like to return your purchase, we’re happy to issue a refund on the product. All refund request must be made within seven days of the date your order was shipped. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds will not be issued for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Home & Loft, all shipping charges are at the customer’s responsibility.
