Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING
Shipping cost is based on the weight of the order. UPS, USPS and FedEx Shipping Rates within the U.S. Ground, 2nd Day, Expedited services will be available. We currently ship to Canada via UPS or USPS and FedEx, but unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. All applicable duty, custom charges, and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the Canadian customer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We hope you love what you ordered! However, we know life happens so, in the event that you would like to return your purchase, we’re happy to help. We offer returns and product refunds within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
Item Condition — All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds will not be issued for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear.
Shipping Charges — Original shipping charges cannot be refunded by Home & Loft and return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items — Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Resocking Fee — In general, we are unable to take returns outside of the 14 day window. However, in certain circumstances, we may be able to make an exception and if so, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
LOST/DAMAGED GOODS
Once an order is packaged and shipped from our office, Home & Loft transfers responsibility of that order to the carrier. If your package is lost, we will do our best to help track it down for you. But we encourage you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your package was damaged during transit because of a carrier error, again, we encourage you to file a claim with the carrier as we are unable to process refunds for lost or damaged packages.
